Job summary

Memorial Health in Illinois is seeking a Supervisor, Behavioral Health to provide frontline leadership and daily supervision for staff within assigned behavioral health programs. You will ensure operations, service delivery, and documentation meet clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and policies.

Under supervision of the Manager and Clinical Director, you will coach staff, oversee workflows, and reinforce accountability, quality, and compliance across the behavioral health continuum.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, behavioral health, or related field.
• Licensure as LCPC or LCSW (or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or social services.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of frontline staff.
• Manage workflows, schedules, and coverage to ensure service continuity.
• Coach staff and monitor performance.
