Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee daily program operations, guide staff, and ensure policy adherence. This role includes direct member service, staff shadowing for QA, and coordinating with partners and funders.

The supervisor will maintain HMIS data quality, supervise daily staffing emails and case notes, and support continuous documentation improvements across the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or higher in behavioral health preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in behavioral health.
• AZ Driver’s License in good standing required for Housing staff.
• Clear 39-month MVR for Housing staff.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Peer Certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and provide guidance to staff.
• Train, schedule, verify skills and knowledge, ensure policy compliance.
• Provide direct service to members as needed.
• Coordinate with community partners and participate in funder meetings.
• Ensure HMIS data quality and accurate daily documentation.

Education

Highschool diploma or GED

Associate degree or higher in behavioral health

1 year experience in behavioral health

Current AZ Driver’s License

MVR 39-month clear

BHT certification

Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred

Peer Certification (if applicable)
