Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to program staff and onboarding/training.
• Monitors staff performance and directs clinical guidance where needed.
• Reviews clinical documentation for medical necessity and treatment plans.
• Leads in crisis situations and maintains program operations.
• Acts as liaison with referral sources and contracting entities.
