Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in Medford, OR seeks an Outpatient Program Manager to support clinical operations and staff development in our behavioral health outpatient services.

You will plan, implement, and evaluate policies, supervise QMHPs/QMHAs, lead meetings, and coordinate trainings to meet OAR standards. This is a full-time day role with opportunities for professional growth within a nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Must meet QMHP requirements.
• Experience working with adult, youth, and family services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the program director in planning, implementing and evaluating clinical and operation aspects of outpatient program activities.
• Adopt evidence-based administrative and clinical supervision practices to promote staff development and resilience.
• Provide clinical support by leading meetings and coordinating clinical development trainings; supervise QMHPs/QMHAs to meet standards.
