Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Behavioral Health Program Manager to oversee outpatient mental health and substance use disorder programs at the site. Responsibilities include administrative supervision of staff, implementation of policies, and coordination with the Behavioral Health Regional Director on clinical and administrative matters.

The role requires a Master's degree with 2+ years of management or supervisory experience, and experience aligning services with WAC/contract

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Business or related fields.
• Five (5) years of management or work experience in a supervisory capacity may substitute for education.
• Must have at least two (2) years of management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative supervision of site staff and may provide clinical supervision of mental health staff.
• Manages the site’s programs according to department policies and procedures.
• Oversees outpatient mental health and substance use disorder contracts assigned to the county/site.
• Reports to Behavioral Health Regional Director on status of site.
