Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Business or related fields.
• At least two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative supervision of the Behavioral Health programs at the site.
• Oversees budgets and contracts associated with the programs.
• Coordinates with the Behavioral Health Regional Director on administrative procedures.
• Ensures compliance with WAC requirements and funding source terms.
• Implements quality improvement activities and staff training.
