Job summary

New Narrative is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the outpatient behavioral health clinic. You will oversee operations, staffing, and service delivery to ensure accessible, high-quality care aligned with contracts and regulatory standards.

As we move toward Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic readiness, you will implement workflows, measurement-based care, and team-based practices, while coordinating with Clinical Practice, Quality, and partner services to support

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral health field or equivalent.
• QMHP or equivalent credential in Oregon.
• Minimum two years post-master’s clinical experience.
• Minimum three years progressively responsible behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the outpatient clinic.
• Oversee clinic workflows: access, referrals, intake/enrollment, authorizations, scheduling, service planning.
• Staff supervision, development, and performance management.
• Monitor data for quality, access, and financial performance; drive improvements.
• Lead implementation of MBC/FIT and CCBHC readiness in clinic workflows.
