Job summary

Key Point Health Services is seeking a Program Manager for Baltimore County, MD. This role oversees comprehensive services across on-site and off-site programs, including assessments, case management, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention, with emphasis on documentation and audits.

The candidate will supervise staff, ensure policy adherence, complete training hours, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support behavioral health clients and families in the Greater Baltimore area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DSM and common symptoms in RRP programs.
• Proficiency in assessments, treatment planning, and advocacy.
• Strong writing, interpersonal and oral communication.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations and protect confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive services through on-site and off-site programs (assessment, case management, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, advocacy).
• Prepare patient records for internal and external audits and maintain documentation.
• Train staff, supervise, and ensure adherence to program policies and safety rules.
• Administer, monitor, and submit treatment plans for authorizations and maintain charts.
• Travel locally between office, client residences, and community settings.
