Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of administrative experience in a healthcare organization.
• Two years of experience on a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of behavioral health authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and analyze practice management reports for corrective actions.
• Monitor office and clinical supplies and related equipment.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager to direct daily service delivery to clients.
• Prepare data for daily meetings and support ad hoc decisions.
• Maintain a written daily log of clients and service encounters from the last 24 hours.
• Coordinate intake of new clients in collaboration with the intake specialist.
• Share in daily office operational responsibilities with the team.
• Ensure compliance with state ACT licensing standards.
• Complete requested materials for Behavioral Health Administration and stakeholders.
• Provide emergency back-up and respond to crises as needed.
• Track medication deliveries and coordinate with pharmacies to meet client needs.
