Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks a Behavioral and Mental Health Team Lead to supervise therapists and coordinate services within an integrated multidisciplinary model. You will work closely with psychiatry, psychology, social work, and medical colleagues to ensure seamless care for children and adolescents.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and an unrestricted Georgia license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) with supervision eligibility for interns.

Qualifications

• 3 years of licensed mental health experience providing intake evaluations and therapy for children/adolescents.
• 2 years of experience providing individual and group clinical supervision.
• Unrestricted Georgia license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) with supervision eligibility for interns.
• BLS or PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Behavioral Mental Health Therapists and coordinate services.
• Oversee care in an integrated, multidisciplinary model with psychiatry, psychology, and social work.
• Onboard staff, interview, hire, train, and manage performance.
• Represent the team in system-level meetings and with external organizations.
• Ensure notes in the EMR are timely and billing complies with CMS rules.
