Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health, case management, social services, staff training, or related operations; supervisory or coaching experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of behavioral health services, client-centered practices, confidentiality, documentation, and applicable regulatory expectations.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, teaching, presentation, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with EHR systems and digital learning tools; commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Staff onboarding, training & development across sites, including new-hire orientation and role-specific training.
• Client care & operational coordination: intake, service coordination, forms, insurance workflows, and collaboration with clinicians and facilities.
• Documentation, compliance & quality: review of plans, notes, intake and discharge docs; HIPAA and regulatory adherence; audits and improvements.
• Team support & communication: act as a ready resource, report concerns, participate in meetings, and promote a collaborative work environment.
