QUALITY MOMENTS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES is seeking an Operations Specialist to oversee onboarding, staff development, and client care coordination across assigned facilities. The role emphasizes person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

The position includes hands-on coaching, training delivery, and collaboration with district leadership to ensure service quality, documentation accuracy, and smooth operations in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in behavioral health, case management, social services, or related operations; supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
• Experience with staff training, onboarding, and performance coaching.
• Understanding of HIPAA, regulatory standards, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, orientation, and site training for new hires; provide ongoing coaching and guidance.
• Coordinate client care workflows, intake, consent collection, and service delivery with licensed clinicians and facility staff.
• Review and monitor service plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation within authority; escalate issues as needed.
• Support district leadership with staffing, workflow consistency, and operational barriers resolution.
• Provide hands-on client care within scope of practice and ensure quality, person-centered services.
