Quality Moments Behavioral Health Services is seeking an Operations Specialist - Internal to oversee onboarding, training, and staff coaching across assigned facilities. You will coordinate client care coordination, service delivery, and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in behavioral health operations, strong coaching and communication skills, and the ability to travel among locations as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in behavioral health, case management, or related operations.
• Supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfort with EHR and digital learning tools.

Aufgaben

• Onboard, train, coach, and oversee documentation across sites.
• Coordinate intake, service delivery, and insurance workflows.
• Ensure client care coordination aligns with treatment plans and policies.
• Assist District Manager with staffing transitions and operations.
• Provide hands‑on support and guidance to staff and ensure quality of care.
• Support audits, compliance, and process improvements.
