QUALITY MOMENTS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES is seeking an Operations Specialist - Internal to support onboarding, training, and coaching across assigned facilities. You will oversee documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate client care activities with clinical staff and facilities.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, staff accountability, and continuous improvement, with occasional travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Preferred 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health, case management, social services, staff training, or related operations; supervisory or coaching experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of behavioral health services, client-centered practices, confidentiality, documentation, and applicable regulatory expectations.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, teaching, presentation, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with EHR systems, digital learning tools, and modern training methods; commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Staff onboarding, training & development: coordinate orientation, site onboarding and role-specific training.
• Provide ongoing field coaching, refresher training, and guidance to staff; identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Documentation, compliance & quality: review timeliness, accuracy and adherence to agency requirements; support audits and corrective actions.
• Team support & communication: act as a resource, communicate concerns and training needs to leadership, and promote a collaborative environment.
