Job summary

Team Mobile Health Care is seeking an Operations Manager to provide hands-on leadership for day-to-day operations in a behavioral health setting. You will partner with executives, HR, and departments to ensure staffing, compliance, and exceptional patient experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining readiness for surveys and audits. Candidates should have EMS or related leadership experience and a passion for compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in EMS, healthcare management, or related field.
• Minimum five years in EMS or a related field, with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and sound judgment.
• Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility and operational activities for efficient service delivery.
• Partner with leaders to support safe, high‑quality behavioral health services.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, productivity, and coverage.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to team members.
• Assist with onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure policy, safety, and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvement opportunities.
• Support incident response, risk management, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and workforce needs.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
• Participate in leadership meetings and organizational improvement efforts.
• Maintain readiness for regulatory surveys and audits.
• Perform additional operational responsibilities as assigned.
