Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling is required.
• 5 years of combined case management and utilization management experience.
• 2 years of direct supervisory/management experience in a managed care environment.
• Advanced PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health team to support productivity and quality.
• Monitor workflow, pendings, and workload to ensure timely case management and utilization management.
• Conduct audits of UM/CM staff and escalate concerns to leadership.
• Coordinate clinical rounds and coach staff on case summaries and presentations.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff training.
