Job summary

Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine in Willoughby, Ohio, is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations in an inpatient behavioral health unit.

You will develop staff, monitor quality, ensure regulatory readiness, and collaborate with physicians and the treatment team to deliver safe, patient-centered care. A BSN is required; MSN preferred; Ohio RN license; minimum 3 years' nursing experience with leadership favored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license required.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily nursing operations within an inpatient behavioral health unit.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality psychiatric nursing care aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Support assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning with the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and goals.
• Promote safety, compassion, recovery, and patient-centered care.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop nursing staff and unit leaders.
• Conduct evaluations and support professional development.
• Monitor regulatory readiness and ensure compliance with standards.
