Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• At least 3 years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and delegation skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate unit activities impacting patient care delivery.
• Hold self and staff accountable for identification, evaluation, documentation, and intervention of patient needs to ensure quality care.
• Support addiction medicine and behavioral health unit operations in collaboration with nurse and behavioral health managers.
