Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine in Willoughby, OH seeks a Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations within an inpatient behavioral health unit. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will ensure safe, high-quality care, staff development, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement initiatives.

You will mentor nursing staff, collaborate with physicians and the treatment team, and manage staffing, engagement, and patient safety to achieve positive outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily nursing operations within an assigned behavioral health or chemical dependency program.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality psychiatric nursing care per evidence-based practices.
• Support assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, and continuity of care across all levels of service.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Promote safety, compassion, recovery, and patient-centered care.
