- 3–5+ years of nursing experience in inpatient settings.
- Nursing degree and active Maryland RN license.
- BLS certification is required.
- Leadership experience in behavioral health preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of an inpatient Behavioral Health unit.
- Support safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
- Oversee staffing, performance, and unit operations.
- Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive quality improvement and evidence-based practices.
- Monitor patient care and clinical performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with nursing, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
