Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to collaborate with the nurse manager in planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care activities within our unit. You will support addiction medicine and behavioral health operations while upholding quality, safety, and customer service standards.

The role requires a BSN, current Ohio RN license, BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days, and at least 3 years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN).
• BSN preferred. Current Ohio RN license. BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• At least 3 years of RN experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, delegation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and evaluates nursing activities impacting patient care.
• Works with nurse manager to support addiction medicine and behavioral health unit operations.
