Job summary

Universal Health Services' Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine in Willoughby, OH is recruiting a Nurse Manager to lead an inpatient behavioral health unit. You will oversee nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure safe, high-quality care.

Reporting to the CNO, you will drive staffing, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement while collaborating with physicians, therapists, and case managers to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Active and unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Leadership, supervisory, charge nurse, or management experience preferred.
• Behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily nursing operations within an assigned behavioral health or chemical dependency program.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality psychiatric nursing care in line with evidence-based practices.
• Support assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, and continuity of care across all levels of service.
• Partner with physicians and the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate patient care and goals.
• Promote a culture of safety, compassion, recovery, and patient-centered care.
