Job summary

Requirements include BSN, Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and at least 3 years of RN experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Ohio and BSN required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience.

• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• In cooperation with the nurse manager, plans, coordinates, and evaluates all unit activities impacting patient care delivery.
• Holds self and staff accountable for identification, evaluation, documentation, and appropriate intervention of patients' needs to ensure quality and cost-effective patient care.
• Supports addiction medicine and behavioral health unit operations, including practice and financial management.
• Upholds the MetroHealth System mission, values and customer service standards.
