Job summary

New Vitae Wellness and Recovery is seeking a Mentor to improve independent living skills and provide behavioral health interventions in alignment with the individual’s plan. The role is primarily one-to-one, with responsibilities including maintaining a safe, clean facility and supporting residents’ daily activities.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced residential setting with a trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance in the milieu.
• Provide behavioral health services and interventions.
• Assist residents with ADLs per their plan.
• Support IADLs like shopping, transportation, and chores.
• Document and communicate resident information within required time frames.
• Monitor residents for mood and behavior changes and report concerns.
