Job summary

PCS Mental Health seeks a Residential Advisor to oversee member living arrangements in a 2nd shift role in Mohnton, PA. The position includes ensuring safety, assisting with medication self-administration, and maintaining documentation in the EHR.

You will conduct roving checks, support daily living activities, meals, transportation, and group facilitation, with supervision and compliance requirements emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must maintain confidentiality of member information.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of Member residential living arrangements to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support and document Member self-administration of medications.
• Roving and inspection of residences and Member ADL support as needed.
• Assist with facilities and medication management activities including checks and documentation.
• Complete incident reports and progress notes in the EHR (DAP format) by shift end.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate groups and document within 24 hours of sessions.
• Assist with transporting Members and observe drug/alcohol screenings as assigned.
• Support daily living activities and meal planning, socialization, and crisis support.
• Attend supervision sessions and program meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
