Job summary

PCS Mental Health seeks a Residential Advisor (2nd Shift) for Windmill location in Mohnton, PA. You will provide direct oversight of Member residential living environments, supporting daily living activities and medication self-administration to promote recovery and safety.

The role involves supervising residences, documenting care in the EHR, facilitating groups, and assisting with transportation and crisis de-escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
• Must possess a valid, non-commercial driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Member residential living arrangements to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with medication management and documentation per program policy.
• Complete incident reports and progress notes in EHR (DAP format) by end of shift.
• Facilitate groups and complete documentation within 24 hours of facilitation.
• Assist with transportation of Members and observation of screenings as assigned.
