OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician Lead to support and ensure safe, effective, and efficient client care. You will lead shift scheduling, audit processes, mentor staff, and assist with front desk tasks as needed, modeling policy compliance and clinical standards.

The role requires leadership experience, the ability to supervise daily programming, and a collaborative approach to improving client outcomes within our values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience at a supervisory level in behavioral health settings.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implements and carries out changes as directed by the BHT Supervisor and Clinical Director.
• Works closely with the BHT Supervisor to oversee programming and operations.
• Creates shift schedules and coordinates scheduling changes.
• Encourages team engagement and loyalty by effective employee interactions that promote cooperation, trust, and respect.
• Assists in auditing, and facilitation of all groups.
• Actively engages with clients through interaction, including assisting clients with developing skills and clinical interventions.
