Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician Lead to support clients, ensure safety and high-quality care, and supervise BHTs on each shift. You will help maintain treatment fidelity, mentor staff, and seamlessly cross-train to front desk duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in leadership within behavioral health is advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implements and carries out changes as directed by the BHT Supervisor and Clinical Director.
• Oversees programming and operations with the BHT Supervisor.
• Creates shift schedules and coordinates scheduling changes.
• Encourages team engagement and loyalty through professional interactions.
• Auditing and facilitation of all group activities.
• Interacts with clients to develop skills and clinical interventions.
