Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician Lead to ensure safe, effective, and efficient client care. You will collaborate with the team and shift manager to maintain treatment fidelity and company policy, while supervising BHTs and cross-training as a front desk support.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong critical thinking and teamwork capabilities are required.

• Ability to supervise daily floor programming and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Implements and carries out changes as directed by the BHT Supervisor and Clinical Director.
• Oversees programming and operations with the BHT Supervisor.
• Creates shift schedules and coordinates scheduling changes.
• Encourages team engagement and loyalty through effective employee interactions.
• Assists in auditing and facilitation of all groups.
• Engages with clients to support skill development and clinical interventions.
