Banyan Treatment Centers in Langhorne, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our Laurel Run facility. As the first point of contact for individuals entering Banyan’s care, you will guide patients through the admission process with professionalism and compassion, helping ensure a smooth transition into treatment.

The role reports to the Clinical Director and offers a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule onsite.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Social Work, Psychology or related human services field.
• 1–2 years of experience in behavioral or mental health treatment, preferred.
• Familiarity with detox settings and with KIPU/Salesforce preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor Salesforce for pending admissions and take necessary action.
• Create and manage admission files in Kipu with accurate information.
• Upload and maintain essential documentation, including VOB, Pre-Admission Screening, and insurance verification.
• Collect and verify patient information, secure signatures, and process out-of-pocket payments.
• Assist in gathering consents, identification, and financial documents required for admission.
• Provide behavioral health support through patient supervision, transport, and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain the whiteboard with travel plans, bed assignments, patient descriptions, and contact details.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality intake and a welcoming environment.
