Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree, Utah RN licensure, CPR certification, and Handle With Care

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Utah RN license.
• CPR certification and successful completion of Handle With Care training within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric and nursing assessments for admissions.
• Serve as frontline clinical decision-maker for admission and referral decisions.
• Coordinate with physicians, utilization review, business office and external referral sources.
• Facilitate admissions, transfers, or community referrals across all levels of care.
