ARC Health seeks an Intake and Referral Coordinator for our Lee's Summit, MO clinic. In this in-person role, you will manage referrals and scheduling for individual and group therapy, verify eligibility, maintain records, and coordinate access to care.

You will work with clinicians and referral partners to ensure timely, compliant service delivery and a smooth patient experience, upholding HIPAA standards and high-quality customer service.

Formación

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in healthcare or behavioral health, case management, care coordination, patient access, or referral management preferred.
• Experience with mental health programs and EHR systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and process referrals for individual and group therapy.
• Coordinate referrals from providers, schools, hospitals, insurers, and self-referrals.
• Schedule intake appointments and therapy sessions in line with clinician availability.
• Manage waitlists and communicate timelines to clients and partners.
• Maintain confidential records per HIPAA and organizational policies.
