Job summary

Ritten is seeking an Implementation Manager to serve as the primary contact for customers from Sales handoff through go-live and post-launch stabilization. You will oversee the full implementation cycle, guide behavioral health organizations through the platform, and ensure smooth operational change.

The role requires strong project management, technical aptitude, and exceptional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in client-facing implementation, project management, or technical consulting in healthcare software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with high accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning of new platforms.
• Coaching mindset to build customer capability.
• Proactive problem-solving and blockers resolution.
• Independent, fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with project management tools and CRM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation cycle from sales handoff through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with accurate milestones and dates.
• Lead kickoff, configuration, testing, and training phases per methodology.
• Identify risks early and escalate when timelines or relationships are at risk.
• Conduct go-live readiness reviews and monitor post-launch progress.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage relationships with professionalism and proactive communication.
• Coach customers through configuration and training to build platform ownership.
• Facilitate end-user training and prepare the organization for go-live.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Support.
• Maintain customer lifecycle data in success platform and contribute to process improvements.
• Travel up to 10% within the US.
