Job summary

PIMSY is seeking an Implementation Specialist for a full-time remote role to guide new customers through EHR implementation, coordinate onboarding, collect requirements, configure settings, and lead training sessions.

You will work with Customer Support, Sales, and Billing/RCM teams, troubleshoot issues, track timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years prior experience in managing customer onboarding and implementations in a software/technology setting.
• Prior experience working in behavioral health, EHRs, and healthcare technology
• Strong project management experience required. Note: PM certifications are not required, but demonstrated experience in project management is necessary
• This role is customer-facing; strong experience managing customer relationships is required
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Comfort working with digital collaboration tools and documentation platforms; proficiency in Microsoft tools is preferred.
