Qualifications

• Supervisory experience within Peer Recovery department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations and ensure quality of client services.
• Supervise BHT Supervisors and provide mentorship.
• Conduct regular team meetings and individual supervision of supervisors.
• Act as clinical liaison for client emergent issues and crisis interventions.
• Hire and train staff and complete weekly reports.
