With a base in sales and marketing, the position emphasizes relationship-building, travel to community sources, and using Salesforce analytics to optimize outreach results.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related health or social services field preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management to generate referrals.
• Develop strong relationships with key referral sources.
• Identify opportunities for partnering and growth.
• Manage leads from referral sources and ensure efficient admissions.
• Increase referral sources within the facility and coordinate admissions.
• Coordinate with clinical assessment on referrals for admission.
• Educate patients, families and referral sources on services and amenities.
• Travel frequently within the community to meet contacts and sources.
• Document referral sources in the contact management system.
• Develop events and educational forums to identify referral sources.
• Maintain existing referral relationships and use Salesforce to plan and evaluate activity.
• Represent the facility in professional forums and communicate mission in outreach.
