Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks an Account Executive to promote Rogers services to key community stakeholders, leveraging leadership and the Account Executive team to develop and maintain referral relationships across service lines.

The AE will manage a territory with a traditional sales model, meet quotas, plan strategic growth, conduct on-site campus tours, and lead outreach through events, meetings, and educational programs in a dynamic behavioral health landscape.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate complex behavioral health topics.
• Willingness to participate in training and educational opportunities.
• Knowledge of behavioral health programming and trends.
• Ability to maintain detailed CRM records and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and advance enduring alliances with referring providers; identify new referral opportunities; develop and enhance alliance workflows; plan and implement growth tactics daily.
• Engage customers with a consultative sales approach and meet activity, census, and objectives set by leadership.
• Conduct daily face-to-face and virtual meetings, including regular networking events and educational programs.
• Plan and execute continuing education events and promote webinars and in-person events.
• Provide on-site campus and program tours; maintain frequent contact via phone, email, social media.
• Monitor expenditures and budget allocations; participate in strategic planning and budgeting.
• Enter and maintain CRM interactions; complete monthly operational reports.
