Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician Technician in Mesa, AZ to provide a safe, supportive environment and engage clients in skills training to improve functioning and community integration. You will handle screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management, and coordination of care.

You will deliver direct support, including ILS activities, health promotion, personal assistance, rehabilitation and vocational skills, transportation, and crisis management, while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher in behavioral health field.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Background check required and Arizona fingerprint clearance.
• Valid AZ driver's license and MVR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Manage client caseload and coordinate care.
• Oversee crisis management and medication process.
• Engage clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities and health promotion.
• Provide transportation, rehabilitation, and vocational skills support.
• Submit clinical documentation.
