Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix seeks a Clinician Technician to provide a safe, supportive residential environment and engage clients in skills training that fosters community integration and self-sufficiency. You will assist with screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis response, and coordination of care.

In this role you will supervise medication processes, deliver Independent Living Skills activities, health promotion, transportation, and rehab services while

Qualifications

• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check required.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
• Current Arizona Driver License and a satisfactory 39-month MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure environment for clients in residential setting.
• Engage clients in skills training to enhance functioning and community integration.
• Contribute to screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, and crisis management.
• Oversee medication process and submit clinical documentation.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Associate's degree in Behavioral Health

Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health

Non-behavioral health Bachelor's with 1 year experience
