Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician Technician at our Maverick House in Glendale, AZ. The role focuses on clinical and operational analytics and support for General Mental Health and Family Services to improve operations, quality of care, and patient outcomes.

Under supervision, you will participate in direct services such as group counseling and client assessments. The position offers day shifts and in-office work with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1.5 years in behavioral health.
• Associate or bachelor’s in behavioral health.
• Bachelor in non-behavioral field with 1 year behavioral health experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain.
• Current Arizona Driver License with satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate recreational activities for clients per schedule.
• Plan and schedule client housekeeping and independent living activities.
• Supervise client activities to ensure program compliance.
• Handle medical/psychiatric emergencies per policy.
• Write notations based on observed client behavior.
• Participate in staff meetings to coordinate with team.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Associate’s degree in behavioral health

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health

Bachelor’s degree in non-behavioral field + 1 year behavioral health
