Job summary

Terros Health seeks a Clinician Technician to provide a safe, supportive environment in a residential setting while engaging clients in skills training. You will perform screenings, assessments, treatment planning, crisis management, and coordinate care across a shared caseload.

You will also support Independent Living Skills, health and wellness activities, transportation, and medication oversight, with emphasis on documentation and clinical processes.

Qualifications

• You must have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting.
• An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health is acceptable, or a non-behavioral bachelor’s with behavioral health experience.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without disqualifying events, be at least 21 years old, and pass background checks.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver license and a clean MVR; minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure environment for clients in a residential setting.
• Engage clients in skills training, crisis management, screenings, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Coordinate care, manage caseload, and oversee the medication process with proper clinical documentation.
• Support clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS), health and wellness, rehab and vocational training.
• Assist with transportation and daily living activities as part of a comprehensive program.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Associate’s degree in behavioral health

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health

Bachelor’s degree in non-behavioral field + 1 year behavioral health experience
