Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician/Professional to coordinate comprehensive behavioral health services for adults and children enrolled in public behavioral health programs. The role includes intakes, assessments, and collaboration with providers to ensure coordinated care.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, developing and monitoring service plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of behavioral health or related experience, or an Associate/Bachelor’s in Behavioral Health.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check and obtain/maintain AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card (employer provides).

Responsibilities

• Assess member behavioral health needs and eligibility; assist with service plans.
• Provide comprehensive intakes, assessments, and therapeutic/support services.
• Coordinate communication with providers and community agencies to ensure care coordination; arrange appointments and transportation.
