Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a Behavioral Health Technician/Professional to coordinate behavioral health services for adults and children enrolled in public programs in Arizona. Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge across lifespan.
• Knowledge of AHCCCS/Title XIX and ADHS policies.
• Ability to work with diverse populations including trauma.
• Proficiency with DSM-5-TR and crosswalk to DC-0-5.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavior health needs and eligibility; develop service plans.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and provide therapy and support services.
• Coordinate care with providers and arrange transportation.
• Provide rehabilitation services and supported employment.
• Maintain documentation per agency requirements.
• Participate in professional development and teamwork.
• Perform crisis intervention as needed.
