Responsibilities

• Assess member behavioral health needs and eligibility.
• Provide intakes, assessments, and therapeutic/support services.
• Coordinate care with providers and community agencies.
• Deliver rehabilitation and supported employment services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with funding requirements.
