Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician/Professional to coordinate comprehensive behavioral health services for adults and children enrolled in public behavioral health programs. The role involves intake, assessments, care planning, and collaboration with providers to ensure coordinated care.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, service coordination, transportation planning, and documentation compliant with funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge across lifespan and diverse populations with trauma backgrounds.
• Extensive knowledge of managed care systems and ADHS policies.
• Ability to work in stressful environments with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess members’ behavioral health needs and eligibility.
• Provide comprehensive intakes, assessments, and therapeutic services.
• Coordinate with providers and community agencies to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide rehabilitation and supported employment services.
• Offer case management, family and peer support, and transportation services.
