Northern Valley Indian Health in Chico, CA seeks a Clinic Support Supervisor (Behavioral Health) to oversee day-to-day site operations, staff scheduling, and frontline patient care. You will support the Clinic Site Manager to ensure staffing and service quality at our Chico Springfield - Children's Health site, with emphasis on HIPAA compliance and patient-centered care.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of health care clinic supervision, and strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervision and health care management experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related health care clinic experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.

Responsabilités

• Assist Clinic Site Manager with staffing plans and training of new employees.
• Maintain staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Participate in staff interviews and candidate selection.
• Approve time off requests and time card processing.
• Address staff conflicts and performance concerns with the Site Manager.
• Assist with provider schedules in the EHR.
• Support process improvement and chart audits.
• Attend meetings and help with planning.
• Perform receptionist/records/referral duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
