Job summary

Enloe Medical Center in Chico, CA is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to lead the development, coordination and operational management of the clinic(s). You will supervise clinic staff and partner with leadership to plan, market and develop programs to improve care and efficiency across the service line.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of clerical medical experience and one year in a supervisory role in ambulatory settings, with strong communication, planning and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years clerical experience in medical setting.
• One-year supervisory experience in a hospital ambulatory area, hospital-based clinic or medical practice setting.
• Desired: Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Membership in a professional organization and attendance to conferences regarding management and supervision of employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and manage the clinic(s) operations.
• Supervise clinic staff and assist with program development, marketing and business planning with clinic leadership.
• Collaborate with providers, staff and leadership to ensure high-quality, efficient care and resources.
• Monitor and improve clinical, financial and patient satisfaction outcomes across the care continuum.
