Job summary

Chapa-De Indian Health in Grass Valley, CA is seeking an RN Supervisor who will provide clinical leadership, coach a high-performing nursing Pod, and ensure exceptional patient care across our community health setting.

You will oversee daily clinic flow, conduct pre-visit assessments, manage medication reconciliation, triage calls, and guide patient education and documentation, while supporting a culture of compassion and trust in line with our non-profit mission.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in California
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Current CPR certificate required

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your Pod’s nursing team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
• Oversee daily clinic flow, including pre-visit assessments and medication reconciliation.
• Deliver and guide patient care services such as admission interviews, documentation, and timely patient movement.
