• Ability to maintain staffing across multiple clinics and scheduling.

Aufgaben

• Clinical patient care as applicable (MA/LVN) within scope as needed.
• Recruit, interview, and hire medical assistants; mentor and train staff.
• Perform annual staff evaluations and oversee performance management.
• Ensure policy compliance and quality of care; address improvements.
• Coordinate staffing across multiple clinics and appointment office.
• Provide ongoing training and manage clinic templates and scheduling.
• Manage patient feedback and escalate issues to management.
