Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Romeoville, IL is seeking a Clinic Manager for Behavioral Health to lead daily operations of the clinic and ensure high-quality patient care. The role partners with clinicians to meet service and clinical goals, while maintaining service standards and strong staff engagement.

You will oversee performance metrics, scheduling, and staff development in a collaborative, physician-led environment that emphasizes patient-centered care across a connected network.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline required OR an equivalent combination of post-secondary education or job-related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• A minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similar environment required, of which 3 years' supervisory/managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns operational and clinic performance for fee-for-service and value-based care.
• Leads people, coordinates and inspires the team and achieves results under challenging circumstances.
• Works with performance dashboards, understands KPIs, and drivers of the performance.
• Manages front desk, referral scheduling, and Medical Assistant teams for efficiency and customer focus.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
